Our Organic Olive Oil is made with five renowned varieties of Italian olives, grown on very small farms in Northern Italy. Within twenty-four hours of hand-harvesting, the olives are pressed at a family-owned frantoio, where expertise and passion have transcended three generations.

Bionaturae has been offering organic foods from Italy for over 25 years. Grown on very small farms in Northern Italy, our products are processed in a facility that only processes olives. Our organic extra virgin olive oil is first cold pressed at temperatures no higher than 80°F for the purest flavors, and it is pressed the same day as harvest to avoid oxidation. Bottled in glass, it represents a rich tradition of high-quality ingredients.

Our organic balsamic vinegar begins with the highest quality grapes and natural oak containers. Aged using traditional techniques, our balsamic vinegar of Modena is a classic version of the famous Italian vinegar.
