Our story and our motivation are the foundations of PJ KABOS. Great things take time, and our family's history is proof of this statement. In the 1890s, our family settled near Ancient Olympia, Greece, where we became producers of wine, currants, and olive oil. Our olive groves are located in the western Peloponnese region of Greece, near the site of Ancient Olympia, a place where olive trees have thrived for centuries. Harvested in October and November 2023, our olive oil contains only 100% Greek extra virgin olive oil, with a very low acidity level, along with being gluten- and sodium-free. Certified kosher, our olive oil is perfect for use as a finishing oil and excels in high-heat cooking as well.

We pride ourselves on being mindfully sourced, consciously crafted, and organic, using organic compost instead of chemical fertilizers for our family groves. We ensure that no chemicals are used in the oil extraction process and are committed to protecting the environment and supporting traditional harvesting techniques.
