Kouzini olive oil is grown in the wide open lands of Sparta, an ideal location for olive cultivation. The climate and soil, in combination with the experience of our olive growers, early harvest by hand, and cold extraction methods all provide the unique quality attributes of the olive oil we produce with a maximum acidity level of 0.4% at the date of production.
